Yoga bringt Körper, Geist und Seele in Harmonie miteinander und führt zu innerer Ruhe und erhöhter Stressresistenz. Neben altbewährten Übungen und Stellungen (Asanas) zur Dehnung und Kräftigung des Körpers sind Atem- und Enspannungsübungen feste Bestandteile jeder Kurseinheit.
Unsere Kurse sind für jede*n geeignet, unabhängig von Alter, Fitness, Yogaerfahrung und Konstitution! Wir unterrichten nur in Kleingruppen, so können wir jede*n individuell betreuen

"I teach Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga, a contemporary and non-dogmatic yoga, which combines functional movements in Vinyasa style with Buddhist wisdom.
I teach accessible classes that focus more on the transition from asana to asana than the poses themselves. Through waves, spirals and bouncing, I offer participants the opportunity to re-discover their way of moving and lead them to a deep relaxation of body and mind.
I invite you to move with curiosity and playfulness, to observe and to embody what feels good for you in the present moment."

Somatic presence
(Meditation)
This is a gentle space in which you can rest and rejuvenate together… Letting each session be an emergent experience around Zazen, meditation, sufism, related readings, journaling and just being in company of the other while letting go and enjoying your own rest. What I aim for this session is to create a space where you can slow down, be gentle with yourself, your body and mind, meditate, breathe, dive into contemplative work with the lenses of this post-modern human you are. Bridging ancient texts with the reality of today’s world and researching into sustainable ways to be your individual self while also being part of a like-minded small group.

Freedom movement
This is a movement practice which is inspired by yoga, the Axis Syllabus and somatic therapy. I will be guiding you through exploring your body with the guidance of emergent sensations, emotions and affection through movement. It’s an emergent practice rather than a defined and a sequenced one as in conventional yoga, which aims to reactivate your agency as a practitioner/mover. Because your body knows better than the instructor, so as an instructor I’ll be guiding you to let your body move and explore what’s bodily possible… As a trauma coach I’m also aiming to create a small consistent group so that we can all feel safe enough with each other to explore those bodily realms.
